1. First thing on awakening visualize and pop a pink and gold shield or reflective mirror on
yourself.
Shields are a great way to protect our energetic body which is more expansive that most are
aware of. Pink represents unconditional love (and de-stress) and gold represents an illuminating color which is strongly protective and not as visible to others. Which helps keep it strong and powerful.
2. Say 3 positive affirmations at start (and end) for your day.
I am protected. I am shielded. I am grounded.
Positive affirmations (or suggestions) can help clear negative thoughts which catches on to us and our day. Mindset is a power tool (negative) or positive. So a mental check in in very useful through our day. We are all human and have hard days, keeping it real, raw and rebooting is a genuine healthy way to overcome negativity.
3. Reboot your thoughts if negative on any level by saying “Cancel, clear, delete” any
negativity that has attached to me and my day.
In my experience and opinion, this is one of the most powerful statement tools to reboot our
thoughts and clear negativity. Sometimes it can be our own unintentionally that get in the way especially during difficult times and cycles in our lives. This Is an efficient and effective tool to clear it and reboot.
